Terms of service

These Terms of Service govern your use of atlasforge.one and any public AtlasForge website pages, resources, tools, forms, and client login surfaces that link to these terms. By using the site, you agree to these terms. Paid services are governed by a separate Statement of Work and Master Service Agreement signed for that engagement (see /legal/msa).

Use of this site

You may read, link to, and cite public content on this site. You may not misuse the site, attempt to break security controls, interfere with availability, submit false or unlawful information, access accounts or systems without permission, scrape the site for commercial resale, or use the site in a way that violates applicable law. Automated crawlers may access the site only as allowed by robots.txt, these terms, and applicable law.

Content

The text, design, graphics, code, tools, templates, and other materials on this site are owned by AtlasForge or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may quote short portions with attribution and link back to the source page. You may not copy substantial portions, repackage the site, or use AtlasForge assets in a way that suggests endorsement without written permission. Competitor and client names remain trademarks or property of their respective owners.

Tools, forms, and accounts

Forms, calculators, audit tools, downloads, and client login surfaces are provided for business use. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit and for keeping account access secure. We may refuse, suspend, or delete submissions or access that appear abusive, fraudulent, unlawful, or operationally risky.

No professional advice

Public site content is general business and technical information. It is not legal, tax, accounting, investment, security, or other professional advice. Decisions about your business, contracts, compliance, or infrastructure should be reviewed with the appropriate professionals.

Third-party services and links

The site may link to third-party websites or refer to third-party tools and platforms. Those services are controlled by their own providers, not AtlasForge. We are not responsible for third-party content, availability, policies, or practices.

Paid services

Marketing pages describe typical AtlasForge services, pricing bands, and delivery patterns. They are not a binding quote or guarantee. Specific deliverables, fees, timelines, ownership, confidentiality, acceptance criteria, support, and liability terms are governed by the signed SOW and MSA for the engagement.

Disclaimers

The site is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We try to keep information accurate and current, but we do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, complete, or fit for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AtlasForge disclaims all warranties not expressly stated in a signed agreement.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AtlasForge will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, or decisions made based on public site content. For claims related only to use of this public site, our total liability is limited to CAD $100. Paid service liability is governed by the signed SOW and MSA.

Indemnity

You agree to defend and hold AtlasForge harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from your misuse of the site, unlawful conduct, submitted content, account misuse, or violation of these terms.

Changes and suspension

We may update the site or these terms as the business changes. The updated date above shows when the current version took effect. We may suspend or restrict access to any part of the site when needed for security, maintenance, abuse prevention, or legal compliance.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The courts located in Ontario have exclusive jurisdiction, except where applicable law gives you rights that cannot be waived.
