Retainer agreement

This page summarises the agreement AtlasForge signs with each client of the AI search retainer. We send the full agreement before anything is signed. It names the plan you chose and its price, and your list of questions is added once we agree it with you.

What the agreement covers

• Scope: the plan you choose, as published on the plans page, measured against your agreed list of questions.
• Term: a 90-day first term, then month to month. After the first term either of us can end it with 30 days' notice. To end it at the end of the first term, tell us before the term ends, or within 7 days of the last report if the guarantee was missed.
• Guarantee: If after 90 days you are not named for more of your questions, your next month is free. The full terms are on the plans page and are part of the agreement as published.
• Fees: billed monthly through Stripe, in Canadian dollars, before HST.
• Ownership: your website, your listings and your Google Business Profile stay yours. The pages we write for you and your Answer Reports are yours once paid for. AtlasForge keeps its own tools, including the citation tracker.
• Publicity: we name you or show your Answer Report only with your written permission.
• Confidentiality: both parties protect non-public information, for 3 years after the agreement ends.
• Liability: capped at the fees you paid AtlasForge in the 12 months before the claim.
• Governing law: Ontario, Canada.

Clients on an earlier AtlasForge website plan keep the agreement they signed for that work.
