This is a plain-English summary of how AtlasForge (operated by RJ Murray) handles personal data. A full legal version ships before the V2 launch (Phase 15) and will replace this page.
What we collect
When you submit the contact or demo request form, we collect your name, email, company, website URL, and message content. When you subscribe to the newsletter, we collect your email only. Site usage is tracked via PostHog and Google Analytics 4 with IP anonymization enabled.
How we use it
To reply to you personally. To understand how the site performs so we can improve it. To deliver newsletter content if you opted in. We do not sell data. We do not share data with third parties except our operational platforms: Resend (email delivery), MongoDB Atlas (storage), Vercel (hosting), PostHog (analytics), Google Analytics (analytics).
How long we keep it
Demo and audit requests: indefinitely until you ask for deletion. Newsletter subscriptions: until you unsubscribe. PostHog session data: 12 months rolling.
Your rights
GDPR and CCPA apply if you live somewhere they apply. You can request access, correction, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing rj@atlasforge.one. We respond within 72 hours.
Cookies
We use cookies for analytics only. No advertising cookies. A consent banner (ships Phase 12) asks for permission before loading PostHog and GA4.
