AtlasForge Systems

Systems for the work that falls through.

We build and run the system that stops the problem costing you most, connected to the software you already use. It does the coordination; a person on your team approves every action.

The systems

Eight systems we build and run

Each starts from one of these and is shaped to how your business works.

Speed to lead

It drafts a reply to every new web, text or missed-call lead within a minute, in the business's voice, with the qualifying questions and times to visit.

Who decides: each first reply before it is sent.

the website's forms · text messages · Google Calendar · Jobber

Estimate follow-up

It chases every open estimate on a schedule the owner sets, answers the usual questions, and stops the moment the job is won or lost.

Who decides: each follow-up before it goes out.

Jobber · Housecall Pro · Gmail · text messages

Scheduling assistant

It holds the scheduler's own rules and, when a crew member is off or a job moves, proposes the new schedule with the reason for each change.

Who decides: every proposed change before the schedule moves.

Google Calendar · Jobber · text messages

Document intake

It reads the forms, contracts or work orders that arrive, pulls out what the office keys in today, and files it in the business's software.

Who decides: each record before it is filed.

Gmail · Outlook · Google Drive · Buildium

Proposal generator

It turns a site visit's notes, photos and measurements into a priced proposal in the business's format.

Who decides: every proposal before it is sent.

Jobber · Google Drive · Gmail

Review requests

It asks each happy customer for a review at the right moment and routes unhappy ones to the owner first.

Who decides: each review request before it is sent, and each note about an unhappy customer.

Jobber · text messages · the Google Business Profile

Invoice chasing

It sends polite reminders on overdue invoices, offers a payment link, and flags the ones that need a call.

Who decides: each reminder before it is sent, and each flag to call.

QuickBooks Online · Gmail · text messages

Missed-call answering (Front Desk)

It answers missed and after-hours calls in the business's name, says it is an AI, takes the job details and proposes a booking or a callback.

Who decides: each booking or callback before the caller is told it is confirmed.

Also sold on its own as Front Desk: C$2,500 setup · C$600 a month, plus call minutes at cost.

the phone line · Google Calendar · ServiceTitan · text messages

How it works today

Web leads land in an inbox the office checks after lunch. In a storm week the first callback is the next morning, and by then two other roofers have booked the inspection.

What came in

Shingles came off the back slope in last night's wind. Water stain on the bedroom ceiling. Can someone look today?

What the system proposes

Hi Priya, this is Northgate Roofing. Sorry about the shingles, a stain after wind usually means water is getting under the slope, so we'd like to see it today. Can our inspector come at 1:30 or 4:00? It's free and takes about 40 minutes. If the stain is still spreading, put a towel down and keep the room clear.

Why: Active leak, so it offers same-day times first.

Questions

What owners ask first

Does the system ever act without us?

Not at the start. Every system proposes and a person on your team approves, rejects or edits what it proposes. A step runs without a person approving it only when the record shows it is right and the owner has agreed to that in writing.

How do you set the price?

On the first call we work out what the problem costs you a year, on your own numbers, and keep the estimate low on purpose. The proposal states the build, the monthly care, and how many months of full use the build takes to pay for itself. We do not sell a build the problem does not pay for.

Do we have to change our software?

No. Systems connect to what you already run where they can, such as your calendar, email, field-service software and accounting. Where they cannot, we say so before you sign.

What happens to our data?

Nothing from your business goes into a demo, and your documents are not used before an agreement with data terms is signed. Our demos use invented businesses.

How is it paid?

Half of the build on signing and half on handover. Care starts at handover and runs month to month after a first term of three months.
